Do you wear 20% of your clothes 80% of the time and have a wardrobe full of clothes but nothing to wear?

This seems to be a concern for a lot of women. Most of us wear about 20% of what is in our wardrobe. Planning your wardrobe will save you a lot of time and money, in addition to helping you overcome the problem of having a wardrobe full of clothes and 'nothing to wear'.

  • ask yourself, do you wear them a lot, occasionally, or not at all?
  • if you have not worn them for more than 2 years - then ou tthey go!! - all those items that are too small, sales mistakes, wrong colour or are out-of-date.
  • place all your clothes on the bed, start sorting and be ruthless!
  • apply the same process to your shoes and accessories. List what you need to buy.
  • organise your wardrobe, grouping together sweater, shirts, dresses, jackets, skirts, pants, and suits so that you can see everything. You can either try selling give them to a second-hand recycle clothing shop or drop them off to your nearest charity.

For example
  • 8 -10 hours - working, which includes travelling
  • 8 hours Nlooking after the children
  • 8 hours - sleeping
  • 8 hors - sleeping
  • 4-5 hours - leisure
  • 1-2 hours - cooking/eating
